What KataSocial does
KataSocial is an internal social media management tool operated by Familize Inc., a marketing agency in Japan. Our staff use it to manage the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts of client businesses that have asked us to run their social media.
- Analytics: daily follower / subscriber trends and per-post performance (views, likes, comments), monthly reports.
- Scheduled publishing with approval: staff draft a post, the client or a manager approves it, and KataSocial publishes it at the scheduled time.
- Comment management for Instagram.
How KataSocial uses TikTok
The account owner connects their TikTok account with "Continue with TikTok" (Login Kit) and approves the permissions on TikTok's own authorization page.
- user.info.basic / user.info.profile / user.info.stats — show the avatar, display name, @username, profile link and follower, following, likes and video counts on the account page, and record them daily to show trends.
- video.list — list the account's public videos with view, like, comment and share counts for post analysis and monthly reports.
- video.publish (Content Posting API, Direct Post) — publish a video that was created and approved in KataSocial. Before posting, the user sees the creator's nickname, chooses the privacy level (no default), sets comments / Duet / Stitch, discloses branded content if applicable and agrees to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation.
How KataSocial uses Instagram
Professional (business or creator) accounts connect through Instagram Login. KataSocial reads the profile, posts and insights to show analytics, reads and replies to comments on the account's own posts, and publishes approved scheduled posts.
How KataSocial uses YouTube data
A channel owner connects their YouTube channel with Google sign-in. KataSocial requests two scopes:
- youtube.upload — to upload a video (mainly YouTube Shorts) that was created and approved in KataSocial, at the time the user scheduled.
- youtube.readonly — to read the connected channel's subscriber, view and video counts and each video's title, publish time, view, like and comment counts, shown as analytics for that channel only.
Data received from Google APIs is used only for these features, is never sold, never used for advertising or to train AI models, and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
カタソーシャルとは
株式会社ファミライズが、SNS運用を受託しているお客様の Instagram・TikTok・YouTube アカウントを管理するための社内ツールです。分析（登録者・フォロワーの推移、投稿ごとの再生・高評価・コメント数、月次レポート）、承認つきの予約投稿、Instagram のコメント管理ができます。
TikTok は、アカウントの持ち主が「TikTokで続ける」から TikTok の認証画面で許可して連携します。プロフィールと各種数値の表示、公開動画の分析、承認された動画の投稿（公開範囲・コメント・デュエット・ステッチ・ブランドコンテンツ表示・ミュージック利用確認を投稿ごとに選択）に使います。
YouTube は、チャンネルの持ち主が Google でログインして連携します。youtube.upload は承認された予約動画（主にショート）を指定時刻にアップロードするため、youtube.readonly は連携したチャンネルの数値を分析に表示するためだけに使います。
Who can use KataSocial / ご利用について
KataSocial is not open for public sign-up. It is used by Familize staff and by the client businesses we work with, who receive an access link from us. Each business can disconnect its accounts at any time from the platform's settings or by contacting us.
一般の方の新規登録は受け付けていません。当社スタッフと、SNS運用をご依頼いただいている事業者さまが、当社からお送りするアクセス用のURLで利用します。
