データ削除の手順 / Data Deletion Instructions

カタソーシャル・カタマップに保存されたデータ（アクセストークン・統計・投稿・コメントなど）は、次のいずれかの方法で削除できます。

1. 連携したアカウント名を添えて info@familize.net へご連絡ください。受付後14日以内に、該当アカウントの全データを削除し、完了をお知らせします。
2. カタソーシャルでは、アカウント画面の「設定・手入力」→「このアカウントを削除」で即時に削除できます。
3. Instagramの「設定 → アプリとウェブサイト」から連携を解除すると、以降の取得は止まります（保存済みデータの削除は上記1・2で行ってください）。
4. YouTube は Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」（https://myaccount.google.com/connections）からカタソーシャルを外すと、以降の取得と投稿は止まります。

To delete data stored by KataSocial or KataMap (access tokens, statistics, media and comments):

1. Email info@familize.net with the connected account name. We delete all data for that account within 14 days and confirm by email.
2. In KataSocial, open the account, go to the "設定・手入力 (Settings)" tab and press "このアカウントを削除 (Delete this account)" to delete immediately.
3. You can also remove the app from Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites) to stop further access.
4. For YouTube, remove KataSocial at Google Account → Third-party apps & services (https://myaccount.google.com/connections) to stop further access.
