対象となるサービス
本ポリシーは、株式会社ファミライズ（以下「当社」）が提供する業務ツール群「KATALYZE」のうち、Instagram・TikTok・YouTube のデータを扱う次の2つに適用します。
- カタソーシャル（KataSocial）：Instagram・TikTok・YouTubeアカウントの分析、予約投稿、コメント管理（https://katasocial.familize.net）
- カタマップ（KataMap）：Googleビジネスプロフィールの運用管理。Instagramの投稿を店舗情報へ転載（https://katamap.vercel.app）
いずれも、当社が運用を受託する事業者が、自ら連携を許可したアカウントの情報だけを扱います。
Instagramから取得する情報と使い道

取得した情報を広告配信に使ったり、第三者に販売・提供したりはしません（法令に基づく場合を除く）。投稿の公開は、利用者が作成し承認したものに限ります。
YouTube（Google）から取得する情報と使い道
カタソーシャルは YouTube API サービスを利用します。YouTubeチャンネルを連携すると、YouTube 利用規約に同意したことになります。Google による情報の扱いは Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

Google API から受け取った情報の利用と他のアプリへの移転は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に従います。上記の使い道以外には使わず、広告や AI モデルの学習には使いません。
連携はいつでも Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」から解除できます。
保管と安全管理
- アクセストークンは AES-256-GCM で暗号化して保管し、通信はすべて HTTPS です。
- ツールは社内関係者と、当社が許可した事業者だけが利用できます（合言葉またはログインで保護）。
- 処理のため Vercel（ホスティング）、Neon（データベース）、Meta、Google、TikTok、Anthropic のサービスを利用します。
- データは連携の解除または削除依頼があるまで保管し、依頼から14日以内に削除します。

Privacy Policy (English)
This policy applies to the KATALYZE business tools operated by Familize Inc. (Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan) that handle Instagram, TikTok and YouTube data: KataSocial (Instagram, TikTok and YouTube analytics, scheduled publishing and comment management, https://katasocial.familize.net) and KataMap (Google Business Profile management that reposts Instagram posts, https://katamap.vercel.app). We only process data of professional accounts whose owners explicitly connected them.
- instagram_business_basic: username, ID, profile picture, follower count and media (caption, image, like and comment counts) — to show account trends and post lists, and (KataMap) to repost posts to Google Business Profile.
- instagram_business_manage_insights: aggregated insights for media and the account (views, reach, saves, shares, profile activity, follower demographics) — to analyze which posts and posting times perform well and to build monthly reports.
- instagram_business_manage_comments: comments on the user's own media (username, text, timestamp) — to list, reply to, hide and track comments, and to draw winners for comment-entry campaigns.
- instagram_business_content_publish: publishes posts created and approved by the user at the scheduled time. No data is read with this permission.
YouTube (Google): KataSocial uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy. With youtube.readonly we read the channel name, ID, icon, subscriber, view and video counts, and each video's title, description, thumbnail, publish time, duration, view, like and comment counts — to show channel trends and per-video performance in analytics and monthly reports. With youtube.upload we upload videos created and approved by the user at the scheduled time; no data is read with this scope. KataSocial's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements; it is not used for advertising or to train AI models. You can revoke access at any time at Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
We never use this data for advertising and never sell or share it with third parties, except where required by law. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and all traffic uses HTTPS. Sub-processors: Vercel, Neon, Meta, Google, TikTok, Anthropic. Data is kept until the account is disconnected or deletion is requested, and is deleted within 14 days of a request.
